Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing xl999.vu, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form the complete agreement between you and xl999.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the xl999 platform and close your account.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on xl999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xl999 does not permit access by individuals under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual in a personal capacity, not as a representative of a business or professional gambling syndicate.
• You must not be located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of access.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by xl999 or any responsible gaming authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of xl999 or any associated entity, without prior written approval from xl999 management.

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on xl999. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. xl999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update your account details promptly should any information change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

4.3 KYC Verification

xl999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (KTP), passport, proof of address, or bank statement — prior to processing any withdrawal or as part of a routine compliance review. xl999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

4.4 Account Currency

All xl999 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Once an account currency is set at registration, it cannot be changed. No currency conversion is applied at any point during your xl999 session.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. xl999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your xl999 account.
• You must notify xl999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• xl999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.

Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xl999 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted where available.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though xl999 may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of its compliance obligations.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during normal banking hours. xl999 charges no fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which xl999 accepts no responsibility.

6.4 Personal Payments Only

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or business accounts are not permitted and will be returned. Any balance derived from a non-personal payment source may be voided pending investigation.

6.5 No Credit Facility

xl999 does not extend credit to members under any circumstances. You may only wager funds that are present in your account balance at the time of placing a bet.

Withdrawals

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

xl999 targets the following processing times, measured from the moment a withdrawal request is approved following any required verification:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Under 5 minutes.
• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): 15–60 minutes during WIB business hours; may extend to the next business day for requests submitted outside banking hours.

xl999 does not guarantee processing times during peak periods, scheduled maintenance windows, or public holidays. xl999 will not schedule maintenance during major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures or UEFA Champions League match nights.

7.3 Withdrawal to Matching Account

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your xl999 account. xl999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence that the withdrawal destination account belongs to you prior to processing any withdrawal.

7.4 Wagering of Deposits Before Withdrawal

xl999 requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once (1x turnover on real-money deposits, excluding Bonus Funds) before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement exists to prevent misuse of the payment system. Bonus Funds carry separate, higher wagering requirements as set out in Clause 8.

7.5 Withdrawal Fees

xl999 does not charge any fees on withdrawal transactions. Any charges applied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside xl999's control and are the member's responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

xl999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this clause and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "turnover" requirements) before they can be converted to withdrawable Real-Money Funds. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page prior to opt-in. xl999 will not retroactively change wagering requirements once a player has opted into a promotion.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

8.4 Abuse and Bonus Fraud

xl999 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or any other conduct that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

8.5 One Welcome Bonus Per Member

The welcome bonus is available to new members only, limited to one claim per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once through any means will be treated as a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Betting Rules

9.1 Accepted Bets

xl999 offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting across a range of markets including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile). Bet types include Asian handicap, 1X2, over/under, mix parlay (accumulator), and other markets as published on the platform.

9.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed once xl999 issues a bet confirmation slip with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed — for example due to a network interruption — are not valid. It is your responsibility to verify that a bet has been confirmed before assuming it is active.

9.3 Odds Changes

Odds displayed on the xl999 platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. xl999 is not liable for losses resulting from odds movements between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed. If the odds change materially between initiation and confirmation, the platform may prompt you to accept the new odds before the bet is placed.

9.4 Void Bets and Refunds

xl999 reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a sufficient portion being played; a clear pricing or technical error has occurred; match-fixing or corruption is confirmed by the relevant sporting authority; or any other circumstance arises that, in xl999's reasonable judgment, makes settlement of the bet inappropriate. Void bets are refunded to your account balance at the full stake amount.

9.5 Maximum Winnings

xl999 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are published within the sportsbook interface and may vary by sport and market type. xl999 will not pay out winnings above the stated maximum payout for any single bet, regardless of the odds or stake involved.

Casino & Games

xl999's casino and slot products are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe, among others. The rules governing individual games are determined by each game provider and are accessible within the game interface. xl999 acts as the platform operator and does not control the underlying game mechanics, RNG certification, or payout percentages of third-party titles.

All RNG-based games use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xl999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the public at the time of betting.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs in a manner that generates winnings beyond normal gameplay. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will be removed from your account.
• Using the xl999 platform to launder money or to transact funds derived from illegal activities.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Transferring funds between xl999 accounts in a manner designed to circumvent withdrawal conditions or wagering requirements.
• Using payment methods not belonging to you, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward xl999 staff, support agents, or other members of the platform.

Responsible Gaming

xl999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are available to all members at no charge and take effect immediately upon activation.

Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by xl999

xl999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: a member has breached these Terms & Conditions; a member's account is the subject of a regulatory or law enforcement inquiry; suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially criminal activity is associated with the account; or the account poses an unacceptable risk to xl999 or to other members.

13.2 Closure by xl999

Following suspension and investigation, xl999 may permanently close an account. In the event of closure due to a breach by the member, xl999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending resolution of any claims arising from that breach. In the event of closure for reasons unrelated to member breach, any verified Real-Money Funds balance will be returned to the member via the original deposit method.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your xl999 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, xl999 will process any pending withdrawal of your Real-Money Funds balance to your verified payment account. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xl999's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Funds deposited by you to your xl999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xl999 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical errors, provided that xl999 takes commercially reasonable steps to maintain platform availability.
• Losses arising from events outside xl999's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or any other third party whose services are accessed through or in connection with the xl999 platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits xl999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xl999 platform — including but not limited to the xl999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of xl999 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any xl999 content without prior written authorization from xl999. Unauthorized use of xl999's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Privacy

xl999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. xl999 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers and regulatory bodies where required for the operation of the platform or compliance with applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vanuatu, where xl999 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through xl999's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vanuatu.

Notwithstanding the above, xl999 acknowledges that its primary user base consists of individuals located in Indonesia and conducts its operations with full awareness of its obligations toward Indonesian players. xl999 does not represent that its services are lawful in Indonesia or in any other jurisdiction outside Vanuatu; it is the member's sole responsibility to ensure that use of the platform is lawful in their location.

Amendments

xl999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided via a prominently displayed notice on the xl999 platform and/or by email to the address registered on your account, at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where the amendment is required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the xl999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
